The security of any email account that you set up under a shared hosting account with us is ensured by the advanced SpamAssassin spam filter that we employ. You can activate it through the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and it comes with 5 levels of security based on the spam score given to each email message depending on different parameters, such as the frequency of given words and phrases, the sender, and so on. If you keep getting unsolicited bulk emails, you can always increase the level or if you are afraid that you may omit a genuine email, you can mix the automated spam filter with a custom one and forward all emails from a certain sender to a separate email account. In case you decide that you no longer require an email filter for a certain mailbox, you can deactivate it with only a couple of clicks of the mouse.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you use a semi-dedicated server plan from our company and if you set up one or more email accounts with any of the domains hosted under the account, you will be able to activate the advanced, five-level SpamAssassin email filter that we offer and keep all unwelcome messages out of your inbox. This service is accessible through the Email Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel and it can be activated or deactivated for any email account whenever you like. You can also alter the level of security with several mouse clicks if spam messages still reach your mailbox or the anti-spam filter begins removing legitimate email messages. Since you can select whether the spam should be deleted momentarily or re-sent to another email account, you can create spam@domain.com, for instance, and check all filtered messages there, so as to ensure that you won’t omit an email that you require. The email messages that the email filter allows to proceed will still be received in your inbox.
